  5. Sunscreen: Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen for the ultimate in sun protection.

PM Skincare Routine

  1. Cleaner: Remove makeup sunscreen and pollutants from the day. 
  2. Toner: Rebalance and prepare the skin for treatments with a toner. 
  3. Serum: Apply a specific serum (e. g. 3. for acne anti-aging or hydration).

Drink lots of alkaline water and herbal teas (such as sarsaparilla and burdock root) to hydrate from the inside out and aid in the removal of toxins. Dr. Sebi advised doing this. The Skincare Routine I Follow

I’ve oily + combination skin. To provide you with a practical illustration here is my morning and evening schedule:

My AM Routine:

First I cleanse my face and for that, I use a foaming face wash that I consider appropriate for my skin type. Then I apply Toner,  to get the pH of my skin right. I use Homemade Rice Toner, which is really effective for my skin. Then I apply Niacinamide Serum. Then I apply a lightweight moisturizer with ceramides. And the last step is Sunscreen to protect my skin from the damaging effects of the sun. I use 30 SPF sunscreen when I’m at home and when I go out I prefer 50 or 60 SPF.

My PM Routine:

At night, I wash my face to remove any build-up from the day, apply toner, then I apply serum, and finish with a moisturizer to lock in all the benefits.
